Coverage scope
The initial offering is ACA Marketplace and off-Marketplace ACA-compliant major medical coverage in Florida, Georgia and Texas. Marketplace tax credits, if eligible, apply through the applicable Marketplace; they do not apply to off-Marketplace purchases. Enrollment is subject to Open Enrollment or a qualifying Special Enrollment Period and applicable eligibility rules.
